TELEVISION

We created for our guests and our friends two television on youtube: one for superb and dramatic aerials in our area showing the secluded nature and parks from the hills to the beaches.

Another one, cooking in Tuscany, shows state of the art cooking by our “Il Sale” chef, denny bruci, but is also a discovery of great products from truffles to chianina, from pecorino cheese to olive oil

Aerials

Aerials were shoot in December 2009: wonderful day when we still have temperatures close to 20 degrees. Fresher air from North gave a dramatic visibility more than 50nm, to Corsica clearly visible on the west. We prepared 14 small films which are all available on youtube.

COOKING IN TUSCANY

A new concept

This series can be of interest, on the one hand, for specialised channels or programmes that deal with cooking, but also for travel and discovery channels. Producers have chosen as a unifying theme twelve products of Tuscany (cheese, cured meats, beef, saffron, truffles, fish…), twelve people to present them, and twelve recipes prepared by a charismatic chef, Denni Bruci of the “Il Sale” restaurant at Poggio ai Santi (San Vincenzo, Italy).
